Hey friends!
A big ol’ thank you to Heather Young at Canadian Beats for interviewing me! She asked some pretty great questions regarding my journey -so far, with music. My favourite question was:
Q: You have toured Canada and Australia, what is your favourite and least favourite thing about touring?
A: I love touring. I’m like a puppy in a car, holding my head out the window with an enormous grin on my face, hair flying in the wind. I also love pajamas, which is what I wear most of the time while in the car, so it’s really a place of comfort. Travelling to new places is exciting and terrifying. Having to be at a venue at a specific time in a town or city you’ve never been before can at times be a little stressful, but that my friends is part of the adventure! I’d have to say that my least favourite part about touring is the “Dutch Oven”. Having toured with a bunch of dudes, I have experienced a variety of smells. 60% of the time it works every time? No my friends. It kills me every time. I will always be baffled at the hilarity men find in torturing women with their passing of gas….
It’s a fun write up, so here’s the link to check it out if you feel so inclined to do so… 🙂
