Have you ever awoken from a dream, and wish you could just fall back asleep to keep dreaming that glorious dream? That is my experience here at The Peak Boot Camp. The dream like state being quite relevant. This experience has been the most incredible time of my life. I can’t say it enough. Yes. I sound like a broken record. But a Positive broken record -right?! Please excuse my lack of intellectual vocabulary and sentence structure…

We have decided to stay hidden among the tree’s. We will survive solely off of coffee and gluten free chips. Sleep under the stars, and live like the lost boys (Peter Pan, in case you didn’t catch the reference). Peak Performance Project Boot Campers for life!

Tonight we will have a listening party of all of the collaboration songs that we had the extreme honor of working on, with some of the best producers in North America. I cannot tell you how excited I am for you to hear the song the band 36? and I have written together, produced by the amazing Warne Livesey. It’s definitely not as light and poppy as the majority of the other collaborations, which will make for an interesting dynamic to the play back session tonight. VERY EXCITED! Did I mention that we are having a dress up party and pool party? Yea, we musicians take this stuff seriously. We work out hearts out, and then play our hearts out. All about the heart.

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a life changing adventure. Musicians; if you haven’t already, apply for the Peak Performance Project! It will change your life! I can’t help but break in to song, imagining the end scene in Dirty Dancing where Patrick Swayze breaks out into that glorious song and dance…. Oh Patrick, you were wonderful. “Oh I.. had, the time of my life- and I’ve never felt this way before, yes I swear, it’s the truth, and I owe it all to Youuuuuuu (PEAK) !!!!”
